The Feast of the Senses is North Queensland premier tropical food event. Showcasing their amazing variety of exotic tropical fruits, produce, seafoods and meats it is like no other festival in Australia and is truly a feast for all of your senses!
Tropical produce is the hero of the festival and over the four day program visitors will be able to see, touch, taste, and smell the amazing fruit and food that comes from this vibrant region.
Held in March each year the program incorporates food events, farm trails, cooking competitions and culminates in a huge market day extravaganza showcasing all the local produce.
Market Day is held in the centre of Innisfail's Central Business District one of the best collections of art deco architecture in Australia and surrounded by rivers, reef and rainforest.
The Feast of the Senses is now the Guinness World Records Holder for the World's Longest Banana Split recorded at 8040 metres. They know a thing or two about bananas.
